We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return. Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply within 2-3 business days with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that the shipping cost of your return will be deducted from your total refund.
For all orders shipping to outside of Canada, the sale will be considered final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective and/or damaged. Damaged and/or defective items will be replaced by an identical item. If a replacement is not possible (in case of discontinued or out of stock), a refund will be offered in the original form of payment.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
