All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Canadian Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a standard ground option with an average transit time of 2-7 business days and an expedited shipping option with an average transit time of 1-3 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 within Canada.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to the UK and the US.
All international shipments are delivery duty unpaid (DDU), and Standard (5-7 days) and Expedited (2-5 days) delivery options are available. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@papuk.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
